Creativity Coaching can help you bring to life your creations, whatever they may be: an artwork, a workshop, a show, a business…any type of creator is welcome!
It can offer support for a specific project, or for issues you may be facing in regards to your creativity.
Our coaches can help you:

Our coaching services are based on the principle that the physical body is not separate from our minds, our emotions and our spirit, rather they work together to form our complex human self. Trough practices of visualisation and embodiment we can unlock the pathways from body to conscious mind to increase our self awareness, expressive capacity and overall wellbeing. By means of embodiment and meditation tools we help you moving past creative blocks, doubts, fears, and step into the fullest expression of yourself.
We offer private sessions and tailored packages:
• 1:1 One hour session with Viola Bruni, Valeria Chiara Puppo or Tessa Blackman
• 2:1 One hour and a half session, with Viola Bruni and either Valeria Chiara Puppo (Embodiment Coach) or Tessa Blackman (Clairvoyant)
• A tailored journey with sessions from Viola, Tessa and Valeria
